@Anonymous it will be interesting to see other pricing especially through cpw or giffgaff who i understand both issue sim free.

Given i could get £175 or so back for my old S4 yes i could be persuaded although i would like to see the price for the Edge

It certainly is...for all its specs (half of which I don't understand). It also bodes well for the drop in price for my next phone ...the Note 3....:smileywink:

I have looked on EE Voda CPW and Phones 4U but no pricing elsewhere.

I wonder if o2 have done a deal to shift volume as they are behind Apple who appear to have stolen a march on release dates.

At around £500 it makes the Alpha look expensive.

I would prefer sim free so will watch giffgaff as i understand from MI5 that their handsets are sim free and will watch CPW too as i know they are sim free
