I've had internet on my phone with no problems, however after I clicked on "Update Facebook" everything went pearshaped and I've lost the internet !

I've tried to download the settings again but nothing happens

Can someone help - pleeeeeease ?

Hi

Occasionally turning the phone off , clean the SIM card and battery pull (phone model dependant) and turn the phone back on clears lots of glitches.

Is their any 3G or g for example symbol in the phones status bar.

Updating facebook shouldn't knock out your connection.
Text "Active" to 2020 and save the settings you get text back.
