I would recommend you call customer services on 202 for free to discuss your concerns.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't give you your desired solution then you can then (only after you have tried customer services) contact complaints via email at complaintreviewservice@o2.com&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please let us know how you get on</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;how can I email someone about why I was not told about the discount availlable if you paid up-front for an HTC one M?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I asked I was told that they did not take payments in the shop for the phone, no mention of the discount outlined on your upgrade sites.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
