regarding student discount

hello, I have noticed that you can get 30% student discount with a 24 month contract, as I have already purchased a 24 month contract, can I still apply for the 30% student discount and get refunded the 30% each month from when the contract began? Can anyone help? Thank you

As far as I'm aware the discount applies to the airtime and must be applied instore when taking out the contract. You won't be able to get the discount now and certainly not to have it backdated.

Always open to correction if any employees or site admin know different.

You don't necessarily have to get the discount in store there and then, but it does have to be an O2 Refresh contract taken out from O2 directly and the discount has to be applied within the first 28 days of the contract. If this is the case pop down to your nearest store and they'll get that sorted for you, but @jonsie is right in that any discounts are not backdated. If it's past 28 days then unfortunately it isn't possible at this point.
