Haven't had a signal all day in the postcode area cf43 was wondering if you knew about the problem and any idea of when it's going to be back up and running?

O2 will be working as fast as they can.

With the recent weather situation I can imagine they are stretched.

Lets be glad we are not up to out knees in dirty sewer water with damaged belongings.

Just keep checking the Service Status link and when it shows as good then turn your phone off and on to help the network connection to your phone.
