This has only just been made available for Baltic regions through EMMA and not via SEUS or OTA.

I wouldn't expect to see this available in the UK either generic unbranded or carrier branded for at least 1 month. the UK usually see's release within 3 weeks of release on SEUS.

and I never said anything, other than to clarify availability.

As once people say something is announced they expect O2 / Sony, etc to make it available today (as soon as announced) and those experienced in the forums (like yourself) will know that this is never the case.

I simply used the opportunity to clarify.
