      <description>Text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and reboot the phone. Search the network settings and try to connect to O2 manually.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also try cleaning the sim card and check for any network problems on the status link in my signature.</description>

      <description>I would try resetting the phone again and if no luck try as Jonsie says and see if you can select the O2 network manually</description>

      <description>Well if the three sim works in your phone then it would seem like a sim issue although you say it works in another phone faulty sim port maybe?</description>

      <description>If the sim works in another phone, sounds like your phone is faulty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Read an article from yesterday saying that the 4.3 update still causes loads of issues for Samsung phones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either wait for fixed update or speak to Samsung directly.</description>
