I want to buy my husband a tablet via 02 - can I pay this like a monthly mobile bill or do you have to pay for it all at once? If so, can I do it over the phone or do I have to go into an 02 store? Thank you for your help.

You really should shop around online. There are lots of tablets with really good specs going very cheaply now.
