Someone please help! I have received a couple of media messages and have been alerted to this by O2 via text. They sent me a link and a password. When I go to the link, enter my phone number and password, I get the 2 messages. Each one states that I have an attachment. However, there is no way I can open the attachment as there is no view button or icon to press. I have tried to access these messages from my phone and PC - says attachments present but no way of opening them.

Are you sure the text and the link is from O2?

Hi.

You should be able to see them via the O2 site.

You should ask O2 to provision your account for mms.

Ring O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract or 4445 for PAYG.

And text ACTIVE to 2020 to get the settings.

Then you can get them on your phone.

Your data needs to be turned on too although mms does not actually use any data.
