    <description>Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to see them via the O2 site.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should ask O2 to provision your account for mms.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ring O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract or 4445 for PAYG.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And text ACTIVE to 2020 to get the settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then you can get them on your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your data needs to be turned on too although mms does not actually use any data.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Someone please help!&amp;nbsp; I have received a couple of media messages and have been alerted to this by O2 via text.&amp;nbsp; They sent me a link and a password.&amp;nbsp; When I go to the link, enter my phone number and password, I get the 2 messages.&amp;nbsp; Each one states that I have an attachment.&amp;nbsp; However, there is no way I can open the attachment as there is no view button or icon to press.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to access these messages from my phone and PC - says attachments present but no way of opening them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
