Received calls log history

I've got an old sony ericsson vivazz.

Does anyone know a way of retrieving the 'received calls log' for calls older than just the previous month that is stored on the phone?

Either from the phone itself, or from O2?

Are you on pay monthly ?

If so look in your MyO2.

How can I print/download a copy of my bill?

To download or print a copy of your bill log into ‘My O2’ and click 'View and print your latest bill' in the ‘My bill summary’. If you scroll down to the bottom of the bill you will see a 'Download PDF' option.

Here you can either view or print off a copy of your bill. You will need a PDF reader which can also be downloaded from the same page.

Open My O2 - Open present bill - Left hand menu - Previous bills.

Use the dropdown box for each bill then download as pdf and print.

If on payg you can request the outgoing call logs for a one off cost of £10.

This would not include incoming calls.

Thanks, but I'm trying to get to RECEIVED calls. I want details of 3 specific calls I received as proof I received them.

Downloading the bill only gives my outgoing calls.

Is there a way?

Making a Subject Access Request via a solicitor is the only way to get this information:

What you need is not available on your bill, so it's pointless looking.
