Since july when the 4.3 system upgrade for my samsung nexus i have had no data connection. Apps that work at my office will not work at home and vice-versa. The update was a sercurity update as far as i can tell but it has totally screwed my phone. Their suggestion is to set it back to defaults settings but i will lose everything on it and I use it for my business so the data is important to me. tried samsung kies but it wouldn't recognise my phone. cant swap my phone till end of january so getting bit pissed. anyone got any suggestions?

go to settings > more... > mobile networks > access point names press the menu button and reset to default. then it will ask you to select you network (o2- uk for pay monthly or o2 pay and go) and then turn your phone off and on again
