    <description>I would suggest you ring O2 customer services and get your account provisioned for mms&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract &amp;amp;gt;4445 for PAYG&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also in order to receive mms messages you need your mobile data turned on in your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you text ACTIVE to 2020 they will send you the settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Apn settings are here ; &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/chapter/595-04-how-to-set-apn-settings-for-the-02-mobile-network"&gt;http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/chapter/595-04-how-to-set-apn-settings-for-the-02-mobile-network&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They will also be able to help with retrieving your message.</description>

      <description>I have received a text to say i have a media message but when i go to o2 to retrieve it, it asks for a numerical pin but the pin in the message has letters in it!</description>
