How do you plug a European 2 pin plug into a UK Socket? As supplied by O2 for UK

O2 have supplied a European plug for UK use with a new phone. Is there a way I can ask O2 this question directly without spending 30 plus minutes waiting on the phone??????

Not really, unless you go into an O2 store. It's obviously been sent in error, so you'll have to get it changed.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I've not heard of that happening for a long time.

You could ask if your local O2 store can supply you the standard Uk Charger for you to pick up or have one posted out.

Let's hope they don't want the whole thing back !

Go directly back to the shop or if you acquired it online here is the steps to return it.
