HI Guys

I am just wondering if anyone has one of tese docks or a knock off from ebay?

I am looking into getting but revies says you have to plug in into the mains charger.. is this correct? If so o would not be able to plug this into the usb port on my pc and expect it to charge...

Hi,

From the reviews i've read it does seem this is not designed to be used via a usb port on a Pc or Mac.

pretty stupid if you ask me

only thinking about getting one as people have mentioned that opening and closing the flap everyday will evetually wear the rubber down making the phone not waterproof anymore... so by using the magnetic charger you don't need to be constantly opening/closing it

A USB port would not deliver enough power to charge the phone through this type of device.

I suppose so. usb are relatively low power. good point hahah
