My mobile internet won't work unless connected to wifi?!.

I have internet included in my mobile contract yet when I am out, the internet doesn't work! The only time i can get on the internet on my phone is when I am at home where the phone is connected to the wifi. If I turn off the wifi when I am at home, it still doesn't work.. What do I need to do to fix this?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3

Have you definitely got data enabled? Did you used to have an iPhone, maybe you are still on the iPhone data addon.

Also contact O2 on 202 just to ensure your account is ok.

Do you not get any logo such as 3G etc in the status bar of the phone.

Occasionally a soft reset of the phone can help.

On a rare occasion a hard reset can help but as this deletes your saved data it's best to do a back up first.

You should get the settings sent to you if you text ACTIVE to 2020
