Doesn't seem to be sending picture messages. Do I need to change settings?

Is this something new , have you been able to send them before?

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings, reboot the phone and try sending yourself an mms.

You may need to phone O2 Customer Services to have your account re provisioned for MMS.
