Good Evening All

I am experiencing difficulties with my Galaxy. I first thought that the problem was with the hands free system in the car but this has been checked. I keep losing my blue tooth and Wifi connections and when connected to a call there is an echo on the line and sometimes I get a high pitched noise down the phone resulting in the loss of the call. I have tried switching the phone on and off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you .

Hi.

Have you tried a soft reset.

Or a hard reset.
Make a back up as saved data will be deleted.

http://www.hard-reset.com/samsung-galaxy-s3-hard-reset.html

If you've had it longer than 14 working days which is the period to return a faulty handset to O2 ,You may need to let Samsung have a look at it if the issue is hardware related.

http://m.samsung.com/uk/support/

I've read of others having BT connection problems particularly with Toyota's, but they seem to be OK with other cars. The general consensus is that there is an issue with Toyota systems - Not sure if this is relevant though as I've no idea what car you have.....
