    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try removing and cleaning the sim and rebooting the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try a soft reset by holding down the off/on button and the home button until the phone reboots.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else that you know on O2 in the area having problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked using the postcode &amp;amp; everything is up and running as far O2 are concerned, I checked the phone and an O2 APN is set up on the phone but I haven't had any data for a while now. Can anyone advise me how best to get data working again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jonsie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response the guy in the local supermarket told me two weeks ago he had data probs with Giff Gaff ie. O2 network but that's all. I will try a soft reset &amp;amp; then the sim card many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
