O2 Partner discount with Sony Z1

Hi,

I work for an O2 partner Timico Ltd and I was told on the phone to get my discount I order the phone now and then speak to my channel business manager from O2 to get the 30% discount, but I have been ringing and ringing and no answer. Please tell me what I need to do next

I've done this for the student airtime discount but haven't had any confirmation it's been successful, should it show up any where in my account details..

Phone o2 on 202 for account clarification. They will go through it with you.

Don't use the online Live Chat for this type of enquiry.
