Hi, my phone was with the 02 repair centre and returned (2 weeks ago) and I have now been asked for a sim network unlock PIN, I have called 202 and they couldn't help I was also told via chat that a code would be emailed to me which i didn't get. There are sites on the web which i can enter my imei number and I would receive the code but with a charge. can o2 provide this for free, It is an o2 phone and sim.

Was the phone working before on O2 and supplied originally by O2? There is no reason you should have to unlock the phone if it worked previously unless O2 have flashed the phone.

There is an unlock form in my links just below so submit that form. It's free on pay monthly and £15 on P&G but I would be calling customer service for an explanation.
