    <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try a factory reset:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the &lt;SPAN&gt;VOLUME DOWN&lt;/SPAN&gt; button, and then press and hold the &lt;SPAN&gt;POWER&lt;/SPAN&gt; button. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the &lt;SPAN&gt;POWER&lt;/SPAN&gt; and &lt;SPAN&gt;VOLUME DOWN&lt;/SPAN&gt; buttons. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press &lt;SPAN&gt;VOLUME DOWN&lt;/SPAN&gt; to select &lt;SPAN&gt;FACTORY RESET&lt;/SPAN&gt;, and then press the &lt;SPAN&gt;POWER&lt;/SPAN&gt; button. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This will wipe everything from the phone so hopefully you have everything backed up. However this info would be lost anyway by sending the phone for repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My HTC One X + recently ran out of battery power and switched off, ever since then it won't charge - I've used 3 different chargers just in case - and won't switch on. Any ideas? I've had the phone with O2 since Feb, will this be covered by HTC warranty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
