They will be on commission and most likely asked by their manager to push certain products and services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would return the phone as you are within 7 working days and as advised check out the phones instore. New phones do take a while to get used to. You could have a look what's available in the independent retailers too, you can upgrade or stay on O2 through them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What about the BlackBerry 9900? Best keyboard on the market, touchscreen and arguably the best actual telephone for making calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Available for free from £17 a month...but sadly out of stock online at the moment. Or for the same price a Samsung Galaxy S3 refurb?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
