i cannot receive mms pictures all i get is a message from o2 alerts saying that i have a media message, anyone know the answer to my problem, i have a samsung galaxy s2

Hi,

Check in your phone settings are toggled on.

And your apn settings are set ok.

Then if no help phone 02 Customer Services so they can check your account.

202 for contract or 4445 for payg.

Have you contacted customer service and asked them to enable mms on your account. It may already be enabled.
