Blocked Phone, Sim card, PUK code wanted!

Hello!

I need some help with my Samsung GT-S5230 phone, I wrote the wrong PIN code 3 times, and then it questioned me to give the PUK code. That is what I don't really know, I had tried this O2 PUK code finder, but it said that my given phone number didn't contains PUK code, or we are not O2 customers.

Anyone who can help us?

You can check your PUK if you are registered for My O2. Failing that, you need to call customer service or use webchat. Links in my signature just below for both.
