I'm experiencing very poor call quality in my office - it appears to be a reception / interference issue, with everything fine if I'm 50m down the corridor.

Call quality is terrible - apparently I sound muffled and keep cutting out, and the same goes for the person on the other line. Once or twice call hasn't even connected.

Background:

just switched to 02

new phone, Samsung Galaxy S4 mini

my colleague is on 02 - his call quality is always perfect in our office (he has a Samsung Galaxy S2) - that's why I switched to 02!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks! Tom

Hi,

Phones and their signals do differ but I'd expect a newer device to always perform better than an older one, e.g. my S2 was always better with O2 signal and GPS compared to my iPhone).

Perhaps you could go into a store to discuss?

Jonty.
