    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i have a samsung galaxy W phone with serious problems, it was first purchased from Carphone Warehouse 18 months ago, it has had 2 repairs through their service, apparently they found no faults with the phone, so they just upgraded the software on it, i want out of the contract so i can get a new phone, but i'm in no position to settle it early, i'm really well and truly peeved off with it now, I've being back to CW quite a few times just lately, but they don't want to know....Please Help!!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
