    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Samsung Galaxy S II has not been working for a while, so now I'm using a phone where I'm not able to use Internet, am I able to just remove my bolt on on my contract?       <description>You can remove it yourself by logging in to "My O2" or by calling 202, but be aware any data usage will be charged at £1.00 a day if any data is used.</description>
