Hope I can get some help here. My Samsung S3 mini play store app wont work. Everytime I go to use this is tries to load up then closes. I also keep getting messages popping up saying it has stopped working. I got told I need to do a soft reset of my phone and looking at this site all that is, is basically turning the phone off and on again which hasnt worked. I want to avoid doing a factory reset as I dont want to loose all my pictures and stuff. If you have any advice please let me know. Thanks x x

Morning smeg2322 and welcome to the forums.

Go to options > settings > Applications / Apps > Manage Apps > "All"

Look for Google Play Store and open it up. "Clear Cache" and "Clear data".

Also look for "Download Manager" in the all apps list, open it up and make sure it is "enabled".

Power off and back on and it should work.
