Text Messages not always getting through

Hi,

I seem not to be getting all my text messages, I now have 4 people (on different networks) where text messages simply do not always come through, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I have flagged this issue already and had a new sim but it is still happening. I know of someone else having the same issue with O2, why?

If this does not get sorted I will simply leave O2 as soon as possible, I have been with you for around 10 years.

If you are looking for a reply from O2 here you won't unfortuntely.

This is a customer forum full of customers just like yourself. We can only advise here.

Sometimes due to network clogging due to high usage texts sometimes take a while to come through. 24 Hours is what the networks say should be the maximum time.

Sometimes a simple on/off if you know you are missing a text is enough to jog the network into pushing all the texts that are stored to you phone.

Do you get this at new year as well because that happens then that they take ages as everyone is sending at the same time
