There is nothing on the phone that can cause this. It's either the SIM or the network playing up.

Hi,

I am looking for some help please, I have a samsung galaxy 11 handset, my problem is that I quite often receive the same text more than once in fact up to 6 times, I also get a text and then receive it again maybe after 2 hours. These texts come from family and friends and are by people using different networks including O2......customer services where no help at all. the problem occured just after I got the phone, so when I first complained to O2 they suggested a new sim card and for a couple of weeks that was fine but now the problem has re - occured. Has anyone else had the same problem and with this handset and how did you get it resolved.............Thank you

Liz

If theproblem went away after a new sim but has now come back that would suggest to me there is something wrong with either the sim card or the handset possibly the sim card reader part
