      <description>Take it out the case (if you're using one) alternatively, turn off noise cancellation when in a call.</description>

      <description>There could be lots of reasons for this it it always the same person could be their phone could be in a bad signal area have you tested it yourself by making a call to another phone you have access to</description>

      <description>Check your spelling the latest firmware my mate had the NFC S2 always had a echo updated his firmware to ICS, echo stopped</description>
