First off, to access data services you will need to change the Blackberry bolt on for a standard data bolt on by contacting customer service. Have them check your account is up to date and there are no restrictions on there.

I recently took sim card out of a blackberry due to it not working properly and put in to a htc, managed to unblock the phone so i could use it straight away.

I noticed that i was unable to access google play and the internet, all i could do was make/recieve calls and send/recieve text messages. Now though, I'm struggling to even do that as I permenantly have no signal!

I've just been on to my account and that isn't even coming up with any details whatsoever....Helppppp :(((
