galaxy s3 apps wont work

Hi all. I have just got a samsung galaxy s3. Trouble is, i having grief with the apps. On going into the samsung apps page, i get a list of apps available. on selecting an app to download i get 2 options, 'add to wish list' or 'get'. when i press 'get' i get a pop up box saying 'waiting' and then nothing happens at all. can anyone help pls. thanks ads1

That's a strange one. Have you downloaded the Amazon app? If so delete ita and try the apps again.

no i havnt downloaded anything on the phone

Have you tried using the Google Play page to see if that works?

Have you generated and registered a Samsung account on your phone ? https://account.samsung.com/account/check.do
