      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear concern&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I tried to order new phone on contract as O2 has taken the upfront of £30 and received a email that we'll be in touch after 24 hours and it's almost 4-5 days I haven't received any confirmation yet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
