hI I missed a payment for one of my devices, I have now paid this but my debt is doing sent to a debt collection agency? can you please let me know if this is still happening as i have now paid it.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
