      <title>Apple Watch SE eSIM Profile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last week I swapped from SIM to eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i then contacted sales to order my eSIM SmartWatch Plan for my Apple Watch on Sunday&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monday morning I got a SMS just to confirm the plan is active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know see the Install eSim profile on the 02 App for my watch but I assume I ignore that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the eSIM is active but pending installation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this has to be done on the Apple Watch App on iPhone ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyway tried that several times via Mobile Service &amp;gt; Setup Mobile Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the error message I get is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We’re setting up your Apple Watch on the O2 network and we’ll text you when it’s all done. If you don’t receive a text within 24 hours,&amp;nbsp;call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 08.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i have all done an eSIM swap to new device just in case&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but still get the same error above&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;what can I do&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
