      <description>&lt;P&gt;Quick question if i have been scammed as i have upgraded my plan was meant to recieve my new handset next day but i haven't received any messages fron o2 or handset when i try to check online i can't see anything i have already paid £300 upfront cost please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
