Hi. In December I upgraded my phone to pixel 7 and there was an offer I can claim Google watch. So same day I went on google claim site but there was info claim time slot will be in January. Today (06.01.2023) I went on same site but claim form slot is now closed.

Anybody expected this?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

The pixel watch claim site is now closed as it was a pre-order gift.

The second watch gift with pixel 7 was a free fitbit running through December.

Hi, I tried to claim my free google watch and ear pods end of April, but was told that I had to claim in May as I didn't have my new phone long enough. As it is now May I have tried to claim but the form is now closed!

Yep me too, it seems like a con, but not sure if I need to raise this with 02 or Goggle

It seems like a con, but not sure if I need to raise this with 02 or Goggle as April Google said claim May, now its May its saying the claim form is closed - feel a complaint coming on to Trading Standards!
