    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to make a payment then you need to do that six working days before to leave sufficient cancellation of the direct debit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your error I'm afraid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want the extra payment returning to you then call customer service on 202&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be aware though that O2 are extremely slow (up to 3 weeks) in returning the payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can, leave the money on your account so that it pays next month's bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
