Hello, I have a lost/stole Samsung tab s6 device on contract. I was wondering if there is any way to possibly track the device/o2 sim card that is in the tablet?

You can try google https://www.google.com/android/find if it is logged in with a Google Account, or if you are signed in with a Samsung Account https://findmymobile.samsung.com/

Bare in mind both require a data connection either via WiFi or Mobile Data.

I would also report the device lost/stolen to o2
