I have recently purchased airpods for 30 quid and do the monthly payment set it up paid , and it said i choose the 18th of may as delivery day yet i haven't even received any emails regarding dispatch of the item

only confirmation of purchase and the item number ???

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email and you can track it via My O2.
