i rung up 2 days ago wanting a proof of purchase order for my Galaxy buds Pro really quick as they are out for repair and samsung say im not in warranty but i am until saturday so i need to send them it ASAP but even though he said he would i have received nothing

Have you checked in your MyO2, or even in your email for order confirmation, @DM00SE?
