I've had my phone. bout 2weeks now I did everything 2 get my free notebook laptop but I still not received it can u let me no when I get it plz

I assume you followed the claims process with them?

This is the most recent Chromebook offer for 2022. You do need to claim from Samsung.

How do I claim my free Samsung Chromebook?

To be eligible to claim your free Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 4 in Platinum Titan, you first need to have purchased a new qualifying Samsung Galaxy S21 FE or S22+ 5G from O2 between 31st March 2022 - 4th May 2022.

When you've made your purchase, submit your claim for your Chromebook within 30 days of your purchase date, which you can find on your invoice or receipt.

Once we've received your claim, we'll check your details to make sure you've provided all the information needed to approve your reward. If you have, we'll approve your claim within 5 working days and notify you by email. If we need any extra details from you, we'll let you know.

You'll then receive your Chromebook within 45 days of your claim being approved. Your reward will be sent to whichever address you provided when submitting your claim.
