      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Nintendo Switch that I purchased on 20**Personal info** has developed a fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could you let me know how to get a replacement?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have emailed Customer care at O2 but have had no response after 8 days!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also you would have had emails when it was dispatched etc. It goes back to O2 using the info in the link I gave above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
