That's a call you'll have to make after having read the posts here about the topic, @Lukeb23 - some of the Community members have good knowledge of this area, with detailed info for several watch types, eg <LI-PRODUCT title="Samsung Galaxy Watch3 4G" id="SamsungGalaxyWatch34G"></LI-PRODUCT> if that encourages you. Good luck!

It all depends on the set up I believe @Lukeb23

Once this process is done correctly then you should have no problem.

As said though, the choice is yours. 😉

After a month of telephone queues and being treated like a total fool by staff at the store. My advice is. It's a brilliant watch. Love it. The look is brilliant. Just don't buy it from o2. Buy it from a place that has decent customer service and After sales. O2 does not as I have found from my experience

I have sorted mine out mate. I have posted instructions on how to sort out the issue on the o2 Community.

It was an update to a system app called text and call on other devices. Uninstalled the update. Straight away an option appeared on the selected text and call on other devices that wasn't there before. With update only wifi preferred calling was a selection. With out the update the option changes to mobile data preferred.

Moment I selected this my watch appeared above as connected.

More detailed information about it in my other post
