Samsung Galaxy book pro issues

Hi,

I took out a contract for a galaxy book pro earlier this year. Since I've had it I've had issues with the touchpad sticking and then being able to navigate on the page until it clears itself. I've arranged a repair but haven't been able to take it in as yet. I have a pin code to unlock it but when I tried to restore it to factory settings the pin code was still showing, would anyone know how to remove this before I take it in. Obviously it's annoying it's not functioning as it should.

At what stage is this, is the pre or post windows bootup?

Is this for the sim or BitLocker?

Is it Windows 10 or 11?
