&lt;P&gt;How broken is the phone? Can you still use it or is it too broken to use?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a paid for bank account you might be covered there - check the small print, although there will probably be an excess charge.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try contacting the manufacturer of the phone to see if they have a repair option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you can try sending it to be repaired by o2 - either go to your local shop or call customer services (link to a few numbers and tricks to get through below):&lt;/P&gt;
