    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought an O2 Pay as you go Sim and added an Internet Bundle for £10 where I get 7GB of data for a month. I know this has been activated as I've tested the 4G connection on my phone and it works. However, when I insert the sim into a 4G USB Dongle (the Huawei E3372h - &lt;A href="https://www.amazon.co.uk/E3372h-320-Unlocked-network-Genuine-Warranty-White/dp/B085RDTZMP/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&amp;amp;keywords=huawei+usb+dongle&amp;amp;qid=1628246442&amp;amp;sr=8-5" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.amazon.co.uk/E3372h-320-Unlocked-network-Genuine-Warranty-White/dp/B085RDTZMP/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&amp;amp;keywords=huawei+usb+dongle&amp;amp;qid=1628246442&amp;amp;sr=8-5&lt;/A&gt;) , the light flashes cyan rather than a solid cyan. This means it has established a 4G connection but won't establish an Internet Connection. I know the dongle works fine with other sim cards however, I can't work out why it doesn't work with this one. Do I need to activate something else so the o2 sim card will work inside a USB dongle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4561402"&gt;@nickbroom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may not be picking up the settings for the o2 sim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will need to set the APN in the Control Panel for the Huawei Dongle - mobile.o2.co.uk&amp;nbsp; or try payandgo.o2.co.uk and then try to connect&lt;/P&gt;</description>
