      <title>Missing Order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to buy a JBL Go3 last night but I realised that the address that I have given has changed by itself. The address that the website fetches from the postcode was true but it persistently changes the number of my house which is 11 to 8. I corrected it again then when I realised while looking at my order summary, and completed the order. Then what happened finally is &lt;STRONG&gt;my order was disappeared&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I cannot track it or even see it on the o2 website. However, I can see the payment on my apple pay and online banking as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then I called 08442020202 and have been waited for 8 minutes till all my credit vanishes since I am not an o2 customer, guess what happened again? I haven't been able to reach anybody.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Now I have nothing except the pending payment on my bank account.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would appreciate if any suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Onur&lt;/P&gt;</description>
