      <description>Have been trying to get an airtime plan for my watch (not purchased from O2) added to my S10 pay monthly. I have rang 5 times, on line chat 3 days. They say you must go to the O2 store. Went to store and they don't know what to do ???? I am now getting very angry as I can't make calls on my lovely new watch. No one seems to know anything &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help out there?</description>

I can't find it!! I have since called and spoken to at least 6 different people over the last week, but I have been sent the eSim voucher that has the QR code, so they can send it to you with next day delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I am still struggling to get it all to work and no one seems to really know what the exact process is. Hoping I get this resolved in the next 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
